When one wants to talk, I hand them to you. You quote your own price and sign directly with them. Closing the deal is your job, and you do it better than I would.

Mi garantía: si en 45 días no le consigo por lo menos dos conversaciones calificadas con administradores de propiedades interesados, le regreso $375.
My guarantee: if I don't get you at least two qualified conversations with interested property managers within 45 days, I refund $375.
No soy franquicia. No le quito ningún porcentaje. Si usted firma un contrato de $5,000 al mes, esos $5,000 son suyos completos, para siempre.
I'm not a franchise. I don't take a percentage. If you sign a $5,000/month contract, all $5,000 is yours, permanently.

El pago se hace con tarjeta por Stripe, no en efectivo. Así queda registrado y usted lo puede disputar con su banco si algo sale mal.
Payment is by card through Stripe, not cash. It's on record, and you can dispute it with your bank if something goes wrong.
